We begin with the best ingredients we can find. From there, the process is simple and deliberate.

Our dough develops slowly, allowing deep, complex flavors to emerge. Every loaf is shaped by our hands and baked on a hot stone hearth until the crust is dark and caramelized. The result is honest, nourishing bread with a crisp crust and a soft, open crumb.
